They refinished floors in 3 1/2 rooms plus a long hallway and added hardwood in the master, including matching up in the hallway and dining room to the living room (pictured). They gave us a few sample stains and clearcoats to consider which was thoughtful. The estimate was clear and understandable and based on experience. We ended up adding a little later and that was not a surprise. An outside contractor, Zasadni contracting, was included in the job to install new hard wood to match old hardwood and they did a fabulous job. We would definitely hire again. The job took just a little longer than expected, but we were not in a hurry and communicated that."

It took him a little longer than he initially estimated to me, but we requested special wood (a more ecologically produced pressure treated lumber) and so there was some time in getting and adjusting to the new materials. His crew worked hard and did not appear to cut corners anywhere. They clearly care about their work."

"They called to let us know that they were stuck in traffic and would arrive as soon as they could which was a half hour later. Upon arrival, I pointed out what I wanted accomplished and they did it all. They cleaned all the rooms from top to bottom from the ceiling fans to the floors. They moved everything off the kitchen counters, thoroughly cleaned the stove burners and grates, wiped off the cabinets and mopped the floor. They moved all chairs and thoroughly vacuumed and dusted including pictures on the walls. They worked at a steady pace and were very efficient. We will definitely use them again. We were very pleased with the results. This was the kind of cleaning we had hoped for.

He said the job would take 2 weeks and took two weeks. They were very clean about everything and cleaned up when they were done. We made several changes to the project as we moved along and they accomadated for us very accordingly. They out in a time shower and all the floors. It turned out very professional and the suggestions were right on the money. We would def use them again.
