"We hired DVS Development to turn our existing two-car garage into a livable space for our mother to move into. The owner, Dino, and his team were fantastic from beginning of the project until it was finished. Construction included adding a new additional bathroom, new heating and cooling separate from the rest of the house, new front and rear doorways, two new large windows, a new closet and much more. Everything turned out above expectations and our home has now been converted from a three bedroom/two bathroom to a four bedroom/three bathroom. The end result is absolutely beautiful and our mom is now living comfortably in her new 400 square foot room. It is hard to believe that this is the space is where we use to park our cars. We are very pleased with the entire experience and found DVS Development to be professional throughout construction. Highly recommend."

"Henry and his team were wonderful to work with. They communicated clearly, did what they said they would do and showed up on time. The finished work was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier. This project was unique as it involved replacing the decorative roof beams in an interior atrium, siding/trim repair and painting. Atriums are rare, so this didn't fit in with any normal Angi projects. The Framous Builders are framers, but they took on the additional tasks without question and did a fantastic job. "This year my wife and I decided we could not wait any longer to completely remodel our kitchen and guest bathroom. A few years ago, we contracted Kirk Development to demolition a carport and backyard shed in a home we were selling for my wife’s mother. Although a demo is not a remodel, Nathan Mess, Kirk’s Designer/Estimator, impressed us so much it was a no brainer to call him to come look at what we needed for the remodel at our residence. We explained what we thought wanted to do during Nathan’s initial visit to our mid-century home with the same era kitchen and guest bathroom. Nathan listened attentively during my long monologue. As we walked the two areas, Nathan asked us many questions focusing upon what we did not like about the current mid-sixties kitchen and guest bathroom. We then sat at the dining room table, which is when Nathan started to offer his advice, share his experience and expertise. He offered us many options that we did not come close to considering or imagining. We went round table multiple times with different ways to approach the remodel project. He also offered advice where we could spend a little more money to get a better result and surprisingly offered suggestions that would save us money on the project. In the end, we ended up with a much better plan and hit the go button. Nathan made an appointment to come to our home a few weeks before the project was to begin and brought Curt Armstrong, their Production Manager, and John Hughes, their Field Superintendent to go over the project end to end to make sure we were all on the same page. During this second visit, Nathan, Curt, and John gave us a sense of confidence and comfort that the project would be completed exactly as we wanted. They also assured us it would not be an issue should we decide to change anything at any stage of the project. The project begins. The project Superintendent, John was onsite with the beginning of the demolition of the old kitchen and bath. Although we stayed in our home during the whole project, we were impressed with how well John and his crew kept the dust and dirt contained during the demo which was one of our big concerns. The demolition went quickly and smoothly. Next phase began with John Hughes and his team building our dream kitchen and guest bathroom. Throughout the whole process, John was not only the Field Superintendent but also to my surprise, a fine artisan. When I was younger, I used to build residential homes. I worked with a small company that was owned and run by a cabinetmaker who chose to build his houses with the anal retentiveness as the cabinets he built. I saw these same perfectionist attitudes in John. Not only does he set high expectations for the work he does but also everyone on his team that came into our home to build our dream. During the remodel process, were there glitches and changes? I do not believe there is any project that has this magnitude of work that would proceed from start to beginning without either items happening. To our relief however, these were all taken care of easily and quickly with the full support of Nathan and John from the beginning to the end of the project. I cannot express how happy and relieved from stress my wife and I were to have the caliber of this team at our home building our dream. How did it turn out? The only words I can come up with is grateful. The Kirk Development Team went well beyond my wife’s and my expectations. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. Even with the glitches that would be expected and changes we made after the start of the project, Kirk Development came through with gold stars. The vision of our dream became a reality. All of the things that we did not like with the original mid-sixties kitchen and bath had disappeared. Additionally, with the expert advice of Nathan and John, we ended up with much more than we imagined. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. "My sister and I purchased a 5 BDRM/3BTRM home. I've never hired contractors before to do any type of remodeling. I was concerned if I'd find the right contractor that would meet my needs. From my 1st appointment with Raul & Taylor, it was clear they'd listen to what I wanted done. They even took the time to answer my questions & concerns. I need to open a couple of walls, wall up unnecessary extra doorways, & turn a bathroom tub into a walk-in shower with a seat. We found a walk-in shower kit called, Tuscany Freedom Grand with glass doors from Home Depot that we all (Taylor/Raul, & myself) thought this would be a good fit for the size space we had to work with. Kit is ordered online. Construction day: Raul & Taylor, had every requested wall, doorway, & bathtub removed. They worked from sunup to a bit passed dinner hours to get this phase of construction done. Next day same efficient work ethics with wall reconstruction, texturing, & painting. They even painted over areas that needed it from previous owners. The shower kit finally arrives at Home Depot, Raul & Jaun (plumber) were kind enough to pick up the kit for delivery to the house. NOW this is how you know you have a good contractor. They get started on the insulation. About an hour into them working I receive call. Raul says, "we have to stop what we're doing. The shower pan is good. We have it installed. The rest of whole entire kit is to be installed with silicone. I can install this kit for you, but the shower will need to be redone in 2yrs. I won't be able to warranty this work because if it. I can't do that and feel good about it later." Well now we just spent 3.1k on kit that. So now what? Raul & myself decided to go with cement backer board and tile. My sister & I purchase the tile and items needed. We managed to use some of the home depot kit (seat, corner pieces for soap/step to incorporate into the new updated walk-in shower design. Raymond is their tile contractor and does excellent work. He had the tiling done within 2 days. During this time Raul and Taylor were able to come back with a reduced payment of 2k. That helped a lot since 3/4s of the unused shower kit was sitting in a corner of the bathroom. Those beautiful and heavy shower doors couldn't be installed either due to the layout of a pocket door right behind the shower wall. This kit was a lesson for all involved, right down to the installation video. Now, with all remodels, touch ups need to be done. I sent in my concerns on the shower tile grouting needing touched up & a bit more paint too. Raul and Raymond were out the very next day to complete all touch ups. During all this work being performed. Everything was cleaned up after every workday. I'm looking forward to doing my future remodel projects with Precision BluePrint Development again"
