"I am so glad I was able to remodel my bathroom. After getting the old sheets off, there was a pipe leaking. After fixing the leak, the cosmetic fix up started- -I couldn't be happier. Also replaced a plain window with privacy glass. Thank you DVD & Dino! I was having trouble finding matching hardware for the bathtub & Dino was able to find it for me!! Awesome !!!"

"One of the Home MD team is my neighbor, so I had confidence going into this project, but I was thoroughly delighted with the project management, the quality of work and especially the outcome. They had great ideas when I needed them, provided excellent advice and guidance, ensured tremendous value against the budget, and consistently went above and beyond on the details. I essentially have a new house and am thrilled with the results."

"Kelso Custom Builders did an excellent job building our custom dream home! Mark Kelso was with us from start to finish, from the design of our house plans (and extensive excavation) to the smallest of details that make a house a home. We couldnâ t be any happier with how our home turned out, and after six months of living here we love it more and more every day. A great guy, great communication, great ideas, and someone you can trust. We remain in contact with him, which I think says a lot! If youâ re looking for someone to build a custom home for you, Mark is your guy."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Scottsdale Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 123 reviews of 123 pros.
