Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris! "Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled. "First of all he arrived on time, he was very polite and helpful. He was called because my a/c was leaking, when he started to work on my a/c he was very helpful explaining the reason as why it was leaking it's because it was clugged than he proceed to clean it. He also replaced 2 sink faucets and provided to help with a new plumbing drainer because the ones we had were in bad condition , than he changed all my door knobs in no time. He was very efficient and fair priced."
