They did a free estimate and were priced much better than local competition. The work done was top notch, more affordable didn't mean a lesser quality of work. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"In 2005 we met John Butler and found him to be great. Our plan was to have contractor to do a gutting of our home and do most work, but electrical and painting would be done by ourselves. The working around our schedule was a challenge for John, so we went with a different contractor. We were impressed by John's integrity. After the remodel we were often wishing that we had chosen him instead of our choice. To fix our doors we called John. His estimate was $500 since he thought it would involve much more. When Ryan arrived he found the fix was much less, because the original contractor did not install the doors correctly. The final bill was $210.....now that is what I like about John.....INTEGRITY!
