I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."
