"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. It was immediately taken care of and a new countertop piece was made and installed within a few days.  My kitchen is absolutely beautiful!  They were so easy to work with and very accommodating.  I highly recommend Granite Transformations in Berlin NJ."

"Orbit installed a Puronics water filtration system in my home over a month ago and all I can say is WOW! It is by far the best investment I have made for my family. I knew our county water was harsh and heavily chlorinated (I could smell and taste it), but I had no idea what a tremendous difference a Puronics system would make on everything in my home from bathing my kids, washing dishes, doing laundry and preventing water rings in my clean toilets. "Pete and his team were very professional throughout our kitchen remodeling project. Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. "Mike, the sales manager at Rightway Waterproofing was very professional with a non-pressure, full free estimate in my grandparents home that I now own. He was on time, and spent about an hour going over all the options I had to waterproof the basement. I told him I planned on getting work done in the basement within the next three months, and he was completely understanding, and did not try to use sales pressure tactics whatsoever. 
I did a heavy amount of research looking around for a waterproofing company. I also had a lot of questions, and Mike was very prompt in responding to emails, took all my phone calls, and also allowed me to tour the facility - he showed me the company vehicles, where they keep the supplies, how the work day looks when everyone leaves the shop, and what to expect when they arrive to work on the property. He took his time, did not rush me out the door. He kept his word about the date and time I scheduled with him to see the facility, and made sure he was able to spend all the time needed to answer all my questions. 
Though this was such a difficult decision, I rarely give reviews to companies I do not use. I had to give Rightway a good review because I really did have a great experience of not being pressured. Time will tell if I regret this decision to not go with Rightway, but in all honesty - IF you want to deal with a FANTASTIC sales manager who will go over EVERY option you have to waterproof your basement, AND.. who will NOT pressure you into making a deal or else the price will go up - THIS company would be a GREAT choice. 
I will not go into great detail of why I chose elsewhere because it honestly has NOTHING to do with this company or the tour or anything I've experienced. Mike was very patient, respectable and knows his stuff. The company to me seems like an excellent company to hire. Thank you.

"Plumber arrived early during the timeframe promised. I appreciated that the dispatcher called me to confirm that I was there since this was for a vacation home and not my primary residence - I had a problem recently with an HVAC company who failed to do this and never did the work as a result, but that's beside the point. He gave me an estimate pretty quickly and did not try to pressure me into accepting it even though the old water heater was leaking and had to go. I was rather shocked at the cost as I was expecting the costs to be about half what I actually paid, however, the plumber did have to request an assistant (because my condo is on the third floor and they couldn't drain the old water heater completely) and it did take them about 6 hours, including their lunch break, to get the old unit out and install & test the new one. They raised the new water heater up off the floor on wooden blocks after noticing the drain pipe connected to my old drip pan wasn't pitched correctly - I appreciated that they did this without my asking. I'm no expert on plumbing, but it looks like they didn't cut any corners as far as the connections go. Ben Franklin Plumbing offers a service plan which gives you 15% off, and they'll apply it to your first service call which is what they did for me here. They also honored their Angie's List coupon on top of this which shaved some more money off the total. Another plus is that they do give you some options as far as warranty so you can either opt for a lower-cost shorter-warranty solution or a higher-cost longer-warranty solution. Given my past experience with Bradford-White products, I went with the shorter warranty."
