"Josh was friendly, competent, and efficient. It was a quality job in my estimation. I had a quote over the phone of $175 for a seal plus $40 plus labor if a flange was required for a total of about $245. The job took 2 hours and my receipt was an email showing the total of $346.64. I requested a detail invoice but received none. I received no cost benefit at all from it being an Angie referral. While they were efficient in the technical use of emails, their policy of giving a 4 hour time block in which you receive a call makes it awkward to plan your day especially when the call comes in the last 1/2-3/4 of an hour. My error was choosing a plumber whose location was on the far north side of town while mine was on the far south."
