"The contractor provided us with a schedule for the entire project, approximately 12 weeks, with milestones at which time we made partial payments.  We were able to pick the cabinet styles, wood, and hardware for the cabinets.  Once the project commenced, the crew was on the job site each scheduled day, on time, and were considerate in how they went about their business - they sought to keep the debris and dust confined to the kitchen area, and at the end of each day completely cleaned up the area.
