"Incredible service from these guys. Got referred to them from a friend after getting an outrageous quote for a water heater issue. Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. Great down home family team thats efficient and straightforward, they weren’t trying to up charge and gouge us. Highly recommend these guys!"

"There was a laundry and kitchen drain problem. I contacted Angie's List and ALB'S Brothers Plumbing was the first to call....just few minutes after my contact with Angie's. Germaine came within an hour and tried to unclog (snake) the drain. ..worked on it for several hours. This did not work so he came back the next day with a camera and discovered that the main line was broken. After agreeing on a price with Francisco (owner), a crew of five were here to do the dinging...a pier and beam but had to dig under the beam. The next day several pipes were replaced. and the and the whole filled in. This was an expensive job $3,300, but I consider it a fair price. Everyone were hard workers, cordial and very good follow thru."

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

"I got in contact on the phone about three days prior to set up an appt. The Thursday came around and they were in my front door. They explained to me the process in order to test and do diagnosis. They said they'd have to replace the "ball valve" which was pretty old because otherwise it might break...besides the fitting were different. So they'd have to replace the old with new. I probably could have found someone at a much cheaper price but if I had started earlier dealing with this issue. I had my mind set that I would get that job done. Even if I had to do the hard work myself and have someone after me and do the easy stuff. Well this A-Solutions company they didn't go for that. One side had to give in. I gave in and let them finish the job that they had already started since I no longer had access to water. Got to know your business to do your business. This company do know their business well. They replaced a whole new main water line from the meter to my home...they didn't have to deal with taking out the old water line. The digging was done in one afternoon...and the following day was just the finishing touches."
