"Incredible service from these guys. Got referred to them from a friend after getting an outrageous quote for a water heater issue. Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. Great down home family team thats efficient and straightforward, they weren’t trying to up charge and gouge us. Highly recommend these guys!"

"My main water pipe sprang a leak on the Sunday night before the latest freeze in Texas at the end of January 2023. The water company came out and turned off the water for us and then I headed to Angi's to find some help...I didn't actually even contact Alb's, they contacted me and came out first thing Monday morning. It was already drizzly and cold but they located the leak, checked for any others, quoted the job, dug the hole, cut the tree root that had caused the damage, patched the water like and covered the whole thing up again, turned our water back on and promised to come back and finish when the weather improved. We paid them and they did just that. I thought we were going to have to mortgage the house to pay for this work, given stories I'd heard from other people with underground plumbing issues but the price was reasonable, especially under the circumstances, the service was exceptional, and the company is as good as its word. I'm already having them quote the rest of the line since the tree so far seems there to stay. This is the only time I've actually used my Angi's list subscription but it was a real home run."

"Alb's Brothers Plumbing were great. The technicians dug the trench for my new gas line and put the dirt on plastic & at the end put the dirt back in with the grass on top. It looks very good. German is an excellent plumber. He explained everything in detail, he connected my new gas to my original gas light pole. He then went all out to check every gas line in the house. He capped off 2 lines that were no longer in use. They always texted to let me know exactly when they would be here. Francisco was great too. Very happy with the customer service and the work. We will hire them again."

"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. "I got in contact on the phone about three days prior to set up an appt. The Thursday came around and they were in my front door. They explained to me the process in order to test and do diagnosis. They said they'd have to replace the "ball valve" which was pretty old because otherwise it might break...besides the fitting were different. So they'd have to replace the old with new. I probably could have found someone at a much cheaper price but if I had started earlier dealing with this issue. I had my mind set that I would get that job done. Even if I had to do the hard work myself and have someone after me and do the easy stuff. Well this A-Solutions company they didn't go for that. One side had to give in. I gave in and let them finish the job that they had already started since I no longer had access to water. Got to know your business to do your business. This company do know their business well. They replaced a whole new main water line from the meter to my home...they didn't have to deal with taking out the old water line. The digging was done in one afternoon...and the following day was just the finishing touches."
