Small jobs welcome

"I loved the work done by Madera LLC. They renovated my entire kitchen. Installed cabinets including custom ones specifically for my needs. They also did all the stain finished trim. Plus a few added special touches. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be contacting for future projects."

"Summary: The entire experience was excellent. Good communication throughout the process, and they did exactly what they said. They did the demolition on the cabinets, countertop, and backsplash, refaced some existing cabinets, and added a lot of custom cabinetry, along with a quartz countertop. The price was under 1/2 of what several other companies quoted. Price: They charged us under half of what some other companies quoted. However, it's not quite apples to apples, because those other companies folded in everything (plumbing, electrical, etc). I did some prep work myself to demo the existing island, and arranged the plumber and electrician myself. I ended up saving over $20k all told. What they do: They removed existing cabinets based on our contract, removed the existing tile backsplash and repaired the dry wall so that it was "tile ready". They installed custom cabinets (much higher quality than the existing boxes), faced all the cabinets to make the transitions from older boxes to new ones undetectable, added the new island and countertop. They replaced all doors with soft close hinges, and all of the new drawers also have soft close slides. The new cabinetry is very well made, real wood boxes, and high quality materials. What I did: before they came out, I took out the existing island. I also arranged for plumbing and electrical, as needed, and repaired the floor around the new island. After they left, I tiled the backsplash, installed the open shelving, and put soft close drawer slides in the old drawers to match the new ones. Timeline: Once we put down our deposit, we waited just about 5 months, which was a bummer. But once they started, they were true to their word and were done within 8 days. Results: We ended up with a really nice kitchen. The layout makes a lot more sense, and we essentially doubled the amount of usable counterspace. The cabinets and drawers are all soft close, and while we did put in some open shelves, we ended up netting about the same amount of cabinet storage with the addition of the new lowers along the wall and the much larger island. Other odd notes: We have two cats and two giant dogs, and needed access to the kitchen space during the remodel. They were really good about keeping doors closed and keeping the area tidy at the end of each work day. We planned to not use the kitchen during the remodel, but they did indicate that they would work with us if we had to."

"We remodeled our kitchen with Keystone Kitchens. Tim, Demetri, Susan, Djafer, Kyler and the rest were just AMAZING. They beat our expectations all around - very professional service, amazing with design, amazing with prep + installation + post completion, and most importantly - they stuck to the schedule! We knew they're not the cheapest but they're comparable to any similar quality outfit in town (we got quotes from 2 others and Keystone was slightly cheaper actually), and just a tad more than big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes (we got quotes from both). The work – we upgraded our kitchen counter tops from tile to quartz, new backsplash, stove, and sink. Our first point of contact was Demetri Roubanis, a charming gentleman with great design ideas, and the know how to put method to the madness. As we wandered with our ideas, he created several computer diagrams that helped us visualize the upgraded kitchen. He gave us very constrictive feedback to nail our ideas down. We had to do this a couple of rounds, as our first choices didn’t meet our timeline and/or price range. He also met up with us at different showrooms. Susan, at the Keystone showroom helped us make our final choices for our backsplash, and she was also awesome. Then came Tim Burr, the onsite project manager and I can’t say enough great things about him and the rest of the team. From beginning to end, he’d inspect the ongoing work and give suggestions to the team to make sure everything gets done right. His attention to detail was amazing, noticing small things here and there and made sure that there were no loose ends. Our schedule was time-sensitive because of an elderly family member, which he completely appreciated and made sure things moved along. Djafer, who did a lot of the prep work, grouting, cleanup, etc. did a great job all throughout – very hard working, kept the place clean and organized. There were few other folks inc. Kyler – good people! They are indeed the A-team!!! They completed in 2 weeks and 2 days, in per with their estimate of 2 – 3 weeks with no surprises in our end invoice. We’re very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Keystone Kitchen. We’ll definitely be back for future home projects."

"This review of our 2023 deck rebuild is long overdue. We thoroughly researched and selected 5 reputable contractors to bid on our project. After interviewing all, PM Construction One, LLC won our business and we're very happy with the process and end result. Their bid was in the mid-to-high-end range of all the bids. Contractor partners Pavel & Ruben provided great customer service and dependable communication throughout the process. They provided design recommendations along the way that enhanced the final deck build, and they were patient and responsive to all our concerns. This team provided superb craftsmen on our deck rebuild - their attention to detail and craftsmanship were top notch –and the finished work exceeded our expectations. Our deck design plan and premium material choices resulted in a high-end deck that we love. From my experience, you could not go wrong in hiring PM Construction One for your deck project!"
