"Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. That gave me enough time to lock up the cats. He arrived and put on booties which was very nice, and got straight to work removing the old faucet and then installing the new one.
