"Sean, from Zoom Drain, was able to clear the blockage using a hydro jet machine. It cleared the line of black sludge that had settled over the years, narrowing the diameter of the pipe. Sean also sent a camera down the pipe after clearing it just to make sure there were no other blockages. "Memo and crew were on time and very friendly with very clear communication of my issues. We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit.
