"Johnson and Sons Construction gave us an estimate to replace everything but the flooring in the primary bathroom. It was beyond my budget and Vic was very amenable to reducing the scope of work to a point that the re-do was affordable. I was also able to do some work to reduce the costs (painting and installing light fixtures). They gave great recommendations for the finishes and styles and worked with my work schedule to make this project happen. I appreciated their flexibility and they were on schedule and on time when they promised. I'm very happy with the results!!"

"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. "The salesman was very informative and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the supplies as explained to me and the 50 year warranty. Great presentation. The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. The crew showed up and they worked very hard until the job was finished and only took a short lunch, which was more like a break. They cleaned up the job site very well. Good job guys. The project foreman came the very next day and inspected the job site. Great follow up and information. Thumbs up to all involved."

"Gina was amazing in helping us to pick the most elegant materials to use in the remodel...the backsplash, the carpeting and even the new hardwood floors- i at first was thinking this flooring was to dark, but boy was I wrong..it is beautiful and keep getting comments on how stunning it looks. Gina help me pick the colors for my walls and even help me pick out wallpaper for my powder room that is like art. She gave me the contact to hang the wall paper and Brad was amazing. Once the rest of the finishes are complete, hoping to get on Gina's schedule to stage all of my furniture to complete the showcase of my new remodel.
