I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. But Richard was flexible and as soon as permits went through his crew was ready the next day. We originally wanted to expand, but later opted to Remodel the bathroom and kitchen. The photos really don't do it justice. Because of the age of our house and the space constraints. There is no simple home project. Which is why we are glad we went with Richard and his team.
