He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. "I've had Glenn of GA Electric to my house multiple times over the years -- I keep calling him back because he's efficient, friendly, and I learn something from him each time. When we first moved in he did basics for us such as GFCI install, adding new receptacles, and fixing a poorly done junction box. Subsequent visits he added a light to a ceiling fan and hooked up new radiant heat in a bathroom. He has allowed me to linger while he works and talks to me about what he's doing so I get to learn something.
