"<p>We have generally not been very pleased with the landscape division of Wayne's. I have had positive dealings with the pest control and termite areas of the company in terms of price and quality of work, but the landscape area hasn't lived up to my expectations. </p> <p>1) They do not always come on the same days or consistently throughout the year to cut my grass.</p> <p>2) There have been at least 2 times in the last year where they did not cut a fairly large portion of my yard.</p> <p>3) They cut my grass far too low and now it looks horrible</p> <p>4) my contract stipulates that they will trim back my shrubbery. They have not done this one time without me complaining about. I expect them to trim them back as needed--I should not have to remind them periodically to do it.</p> <p>5) The yard is less green than it was with Trugreen/Chemlawn. This is likely due to not fertilizing at the correct times</p> <p>6) I have tried to enlist them to do some general landscape work in my flower beds (installing drainage) and the price they quoted me was ridiculous ($1000 for about 6 hours work). It was apparent that they had no interest in doing the install.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>At this point the only thing keeping me with Wayne's landscape is the pest control services I receive and the lower price I get from bundling.</p> <br />"

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"Did not acquire the automobile so the services were not needed. However, the company was very responsive with a comprehensive bid and an appropriate followup. I would give them the opportunity to bid again should the need arise again in future."

"<p>Mr. Bill and his team has a very busy schedule; however, the company was able to schedule an estimate and time of repair for us.  He sent his figures and insured all of his repairs.  We were able to accomplish this all over the phone.  No office visits were need since we don't leave in town.  He gave us the best course of action to take with the repairs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Prior to the repairs we had a brand new roof at time of purchase, but over the years shingles became loose and nails started popping out. On top of that, we had two layers of shingles.  Ugh - extra work.  Mr. Bill was very professional and the quote was reasonable as well.  He stated he can complete the job on a Saturday.  However, the team completed the job on a Friday before 2 pm.  The work was amazing. No debris was left hanging around.  The area was fully clean.  We meet him at the house and admire his work and I must say we a very please we selected this company.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"There were both plumbing and electrical services scheduled and they were able to come the same day which was helpful as I needed to take off work for the repairs.  Instead of fixing the 13 year old toilet (which was installed incorrectly by the builder) we replaced both bathroom toilets with newer and more efficient ones.  Excellent service and excellent job on the plumbing and theywere very professional and nice.   <br /> Electrician removed a single kitchen light and replaced with 4 can lights.  Again very professional and nice, but the cost for the amount of work required was very high on the electrical.  Plugs and wiring were all there to tap into with nothing new to run.  Other than the price on the electrical work, the staff was on time, professional, pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the work in a very efficient and timely manner.  I would use them again but will be more selective on what they do based upon pricing.  Simple jobs maybe shp around for pricing, and for complex things definitely would rely on them again ! <br />"
