"I made some inquiries concerning installation for garage door opener with installation. Daniel came by to view the project as my wood door is 10 foot in height. While checking things out he pointed out a couple of items that need attention before there might be a significant problem: like most of the door hardware had loose bolts and rollers need oiling. I was not happy with the door spring tension, which said he could adjust. I gave the go ahead on tensing the door springs and taking care of the hardware. Granted there was a cost, but I found the door much easier to operate. Daniel was very friendly and courteous."

They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
