"This was a complete restoration of our laundry room, floor to ceiling. The work included demolition of hidden and unusable spaces (soffits,) a new tile floor, installation of cabinets and the making of shelves, also incidental drywall repairs, installation of a new wash basin with appropriate connections, and painting with texturing. We are getting a new washer and dryer to complement the new room. (These were not part of the contract with Dylan.) In an ancillary project he installed efficient raised platforms for storage in our garage, and painted an up-high attic access door and frame. Dylan was thoroughly professional and friendly, appreciated on both accounts. He worked well with my wife and me on decisions major and minor to achieve the desired results. He is talented and trained in all aspects of his work, and has ample experience, including work in a master cabinetry shop for three years, and most of all, is conscientious in performing quality work. Not only would we hire Dylan and Chouinard Constructing again, we are already making plans to do so. His fees are entirely reasonable in today's market, and he offers senior and military discounts."
