"This is one of the best companies that I have worked with.  They were responsive to my questions, quickly gave me quotes, showed up when they said they would and quickly installed the doors and did a very good job.  During the following summer a piece of the rubber trim that goes around the door popped off.  It was not their fault, it was the aluminum wrapping around the door that had been installed by Woody Brothers that had expanded and popped the rubber trim off.  I contacted Woody 3 or 4 times to come look at it and they kept saying they would but would never come out.  Williams came out and not only fixed the trim piece, but also repaired the aluminum wrap (he had the color matched nails).  I have nothing but good things to say about Williams.  The price was very high for two garage doors, but that was because I selected high end units.  If I had replaced the doors with what was up before the insurance would have covered it. <br />"
