They arrived on time and were very professional.They examined the unit and recommended a change out. We agreed on a time and a price. When they arrived to change out the system, they were on time and delivered the service as we agreed upon. There were no hidden fees. They were very personable and polite and great around the kids. They completed the work within one day. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and everything works well since then. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Air One of Central Florida to everyone -including my friends and family.

"Would give 6 stars if I could! Tim was very helpful in finding an AC unit that would work best for my apartment while saving me money, which I greatly appreciate. Tim did not try to sell me a more expensive unit and was straightforward when I asked him about different sizes and efficiency ratings, helping me get the best deal while also having an AC unit that runs perfectly. As a full time college student, having to replace my AC is a huge financial burden, and Tim’s prices and service far exceeded that of bigger companies in the area who I also called for a quote, i.e. ARS & Frank Gay. Tim & AJ explained everything being done in a way that made sense, and worked around my complicated schedule. They also took extra time and effort to figure out a way to install the compressor on the roof of my building without having to rent a crane, which saved me a considerable amount of money for this job. The new unit works even better than the last one ever did, and the job was completed quickly. I greatly appreciate their friendliness, flexibility and excellent service and will be using RAIR’s services again in the future. "The tech who came out to re-evaluate what another HVAC company told me was a defective central A/C compressor, re-tested the start capacitor and determined that it, and not the compressor, was defective. He replaced the capacitor, and the system has been working just fine without replacing what was still a good compressor - saved us over $1,400 (which is what the first company quoted to replace the compressor)."

"My car air condition system was blowing warm air, so I went to local store & purchased an ac charge kit (includes R134A refrigerant, gage, & hose). I installed it according to directions & it worked for a couple days, then started blowing warm air again, so now I am thinking the worst, leak, compressor, etc.. I stopped in Dave Johnson's Automotive to make an appointment, & Dave asked me if I had time & he would check the ac system right then & I said sure. He had his mechanic check out the system, then recharged it with a dye to help detect leaks. Sent me home & told me to run ac system as much as possible & bring it back in 3 days or before if it starts blowing warm air. The ac system never ran better & did not blow warm air. After 3 days I returned & Dave did a black light inspection for leaks & found none. Dave could have easily sold me the "Brooklyn Bridge" !!!  But he didn't, Dave was honest, fair, & gave me a little education on my ac system. Great job Dave & thanks.

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.
