The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. And at that point he said he did not have the camera and would have to come back another day. A few days later he came back, installed the clean out, sent the camera down, and found out it just needed snaked.  He performed the job well enough but left some of what was in the drain, on my basement floor. I am not sure if I would use the company again. (Also, the first day he came out he repaired a toilet that was broke, without any prompting)"
