"Dave s diagnosis of our roof shingle problem and subsequent repair was quick and painless. Very efficient. Would definitely hire again."

"All the guys at Kodiac we’re very professional and caring towards the wants and needs of my project. I had several windows installed in a very short amount of time. They were here every day on time and worked very efficiently to get my windows installed quickly. The product is amazing. I’ve been able to turn my heat down 4 degrees after the install. The windows look excellent and all my trim was put back perfectly. The price was the best I could find out there and I did plenty of research. I would recommend Kodiac Home Improvements for any job you need done you will be glad you did. Very honest and reliable. Thanks Kodiac ?"

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"I was pleased and impressed with my roofing inspector. He was professional and prompt in determining the roof damage. The repair was thorough, and the office kept me informed throughout the process. I recommend them for their reliability and quality work."

"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

"I had a number of interior doors that needed work - some needed the bottoms shaved, one needed the side shaved, and the biggest project was replacing these ancient, horrible metal doors that were a weird size. They had to resize the utility closet opening before installing new doors. I'm super happy with the finished work! The guys were easy to talk to and explained everything to me well."

"The work was meticulous--drywall repair, wallpaper removal, painting. They were polite, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them."

"Pivotal Basement Solutions are highly recommended for foundation repairs & waterproofing for good reason. After meeting with Andy & Jeff the first time I knew this was the company for us. Honest, prompt & professional. So easy to talk to & answer any & all questions. They finished the job in a timely manner, working steady all day & most of all treated our home as if it was their own. A family run business with a great reputation. Thank you guys for a job well done. Tom & Julie Svendsen"

"John and his helper Nathan did an excellent job!! They arrived when they said they were going to an hung a 65 inch tv and a 50 inch tv with no problem at all! The job was done in a timely manor. Both were very professional and friendly! The price was reasonable too!! I would highly recommend and trust the work of Affordable Home Repair for any job! Just an fyi…I told him I would take care of cord hanging down."

"Met with Marc, and we were very impressed. Instead of immediately pushing costly repairs, he carefully inspected our basement and exterior, asked us a number of questions, and believed at least one of our problems stemmed more from a relative humidity issue than a drainage problem. Marc gave us a short list of things to try first, saying that more extensive work could always be done later without compromising the structural integrity of our basement. Very knowledgeable and professional. If we ultimately require more work, B-Dry will be the first we call."
