The quoted price was the price charged after the job was completed. I was severely gouged by a previous company. "The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"Kane came out, looked at the job and gave a a fair estimate. I had gotten 3 other estimates but decided to go with Monster Plumbing because Kane explained all options and how each would affect me. Kane scheduled the repair, arrived on time, identified the source and fixed my gas leak that happened to be a corroded & busted gas pipe under my home's laundry room slab. Others companies wanted to charge much more to reroute my gas lines above ground but Kane with Monster Plumbing broke the concrete, found the problem and fixed it. This meant i didn't have to spend extra money on drywall repair that would be needed after a reroute. I highly recommend Monster Plumbing and I would differently hire them again!!!"
