"If I could give Pinnacle Construction & Bobby Hounsell more than 5 STARS I would. We interviewed and received estimates from 6 local companies to do a complete kitchen remodel from top to bottom. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and upfront and honest. After seeing some of Bobby's work, the excellent quality of craftsmanship that goes into his projects, his very reasonable quote and the fact that he showed up when he said he would we decided to sign with Pinnacle Construction to do our kitchen remodel. Bobby laid out a detailed timeline with the start date and approximate finishing date. Bobby was so easy to work with. They started on the date he laid out in the time line and finished within the approximate date. I mean this company has their act together. I was looking for a very specific type of finish on our island in the kitchen. Bobby went the extra mile and met with me at several locations to see if we could find it. After not liking what I was seeing Bobby had Jason ( excellent worker for Pinnacle Construction) make me a custom Island which came out absolutely beautiful! I just love it! We always knew exactly what was being done in our home and when it was happening. Bobby was always stopping by and looking in on the project and checking the quality of work. All of the outside contractors that came in to do plumbing, electrical, etc were all professional and top notch. One more important note* - Bobby was the only contractor to look at our kitchen design of our remodel and make some suggestions. I am so glad he did as we changed a few things which made total sense , as he wanted us to be happy with our kitchen and love it. A bathroom remodel is in the future and you can bet I will be having Bobby Hounsell and Pinnacle Construction doing the work."

"MA Design transformed our house from something that worked in the 1950s to a new home that is more open, refreshing, and boasts functionality for a family of four without compromising on style. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. During the early design phase, both Marc and Raquel shared design ideas and changes that we hadn't considered. Many of their ideas were incorporated into the final design and elevated the final product. They have decades of experience and can spot opportunities to improve the design, layout, and refine the small details which make a big difference in the end. We added scope to the program as construction progressed and MA Design was amicable to the changes and easily able to absorb the extra work into the schedule given their large team and strong network of sub contractors. When things were uncovered during the project, such as older piping, MA Design presented multiple options with pros and cons of each. "Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.
