"We hired Garrett  to build an attached mudroom and garage to our home.  After interviewing many contractors, we decided to go with Garrett. Don't let his age  scare you. We found him to be hard working, honest, caring fair and professional.  We were very impressed with his quote. Everything was spelled out. None of our other quotes were broken down like Garrett's.  During the work if there was any issue, Garrett dealt with it immediately.      We would highly  recommend Garrett R Gerard Construction and if we build anything again we would definitely  use Garrett again."

"Did a wonderful job and takes pride in his work. He was adding a railing to the stairs and replacing stair treads and discovered problems with the raisers. Replaced those as well and provided a competitive price for the amount of work that was completed. We had specific concerns about having this done quickly. Gavin assisted in making sure that he was able to complete the stairs on time despite the additional work. We were happy with the work and outcome."

"Joe, his Brother and Father did an amazing job painting the entire interior of our town house. They did the job as scheduled provided communication along the way and finished on schedule. We really appreciated their professionalism and delivering on all our expectations."
