"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"We have a 51 inch hdtv and it suddenly stopped working. Called Brasher's and a technician came out the next afternoon. He looked at the tv, pointed out the burnt circuit board, gave an explanation of what happened and an estimate on the spot. Took a small deposit and left. It took a little longer than anticipated to get the replacement part but Michael kept us informed as to when we could expect him. A little over a week later he returned and helped me set the television back up and made sure all the accessories (cable, dvd player, games etc.) were functioning with it before we settled up our bill. 
Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service. This was way easier and more affordable than buying a new television. While I hope I don't have any problems with either of our televisions in the near future, if I do I will certainly call on them again."
