Their office told me it would cost $250 which is already quite high when I usually pay $200 max. Then he wanted to service my water heater with an annual flush for hundreds of dollars. I have never had one for the past 7 years since the water isn't hard and I don't expect to need one for the next 7 years."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"
