"Robert Yoder came to my house to do my yearly check up today 10/14/2025 He was such a nice out going person and very pleasant to talk to. He was very detailed on what he did and took pictures of what he did. He must of asked me 10 times if I had any questions or concerns ( as he was going through all the stuff that he did) about anything, which showed he really cared about me (the consumer) and his line of work that he does. You can tell that he is very passionate about his job.Thank you Robert for your customer service Sincerely K.E."

"The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

"Steve Harth explained all aspects of the project. He provided three options that I was able to choose the one that met my needs, price, and timetable. DJ and his crew worked hard and completed the job in a timely fashion in spite of the rainy weather. Chris did an excellent job leveling the concrete pad."

"job went great, price was reasonable ,1/3 the cost of other contractors. Brian and his crew protected my lawn with large rubber mats and sealed my walls with thick rubber membrane down the wall and around the footer. then added dimpled sheathing to let any water escape to the drain tile. thanks for the great job Ron"
In this picture you can see the 2-3" gap on the outside wall where the concrete slab has sank.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Sharon, PA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
