"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Eric was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He made some very useful recommendations on how to mitigate issues with access to the plumbing in the future. I would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future."

"Outstanding…Great Service at a Great price! The cost for Apollo installing 2 water heaters was HALf of what S-K contractor quoted for one water heater!!"

"Bought house knowing it may possibly need a water main from the street to the house & without a doubt, complete removal / replacement of all waste & supply lines. With Pauls guidance & expertise we found out that the main was not needed. Wow, there is honesty for you. Paul presented a clearly written proposal on the all the work we discussed then executed the work with professionalism. He was meticulous & detail oriented, kept me informed along the way & did exactly what he said. As a consumer we all make choices. Paul is the right choice. Thanks DC Plumbing !"
