"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

They explained the whole process ahead of time, gave me an estimated time of completion, it did run a little over the estimated time due to several damaged panels. The technician had to return to the warehouse to exchange the damaged panels. During that time the other technician continued the installation with the damaged panels instead of waiting, which was smart. When the technician returned with the new panels, all they had to do was replace the panels. Excellent job! The garage door is extremely quiet, when opened manually. You only sound you hear is the electric garage door opened, HUGE difference over my last garage door. The technicians were courteous, professional and skilled at their job. The ONLY downside they were a little more expensive, BUT I feel they offered more, better materials and a full 7 year warranty that material and installer issues."
