I was hoping from the reviews I wouldn't have to pay more than $100 like some of the other customers, because the repair man only had to open the top of my dryer, found a bobby pin and put the top back on and it was fine. I'm completely aware that service is service and you can't bend the rules but feeling a little bummed that I paid that much money for something I could have done myself.
