"These guys are terrific!!! I found out that I had water in my basement on Sunday. I called Magic Touch on Monday about 11 am. The receptionist was very nice and said she would find out who was available and call me back. I got the call back in 10 minutes and was told Mike would be out between 1 and 1:30. At 1:15 I got a call letting me know that Mike was running late but that a different tech would be right out. Mike and the other gentleman arrived within 15 minutes of each other (Mike was first). Mike looked over everything in my basement and explained all of the findings to me clearly. He explained what was needed and broke down the cost per item. I decided to go with them and they had all of the damaged carpet, wallboard and molding out, and dehumidifier a and air movers set up and running by 4:45 pm. They were extremely professional and courteous. There was no up-selling or pressure at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone with water damage."
