"My solar inverter stopped working in my existing solar system, and since my original installer went out of business, I had a hard time finding someone to replace the inverter provided by SolarEdge. It was a small job, and most large companies weren’t interested, while those willing to help were booked out for at least a couple of months. ". Anthony and his assistant installed 2 new exterior porch light fixtures, a new doorbell, a bedroom ceiling fan, and 2 upstairs hall ceiling fixtures for me, removing the old when applicable. Since there was some time left,  they also replaced a few outlets with new GPS fault protect (?) and new covers which I provided.
Both men were hardworking and pleasant to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. There was a small issue where the 2 exterior porch lights had not been set quite evenly and they did return to make an adjustment. In the time between the visits the doorbell also stopped working which was not their fault. Anthony determined what was needed, bought it and installed it quickly. Everything now works like a charm!
The B rating for quality was only because of the need to return to align the porch lights, which was a mild inconvenience only. Should be more like an A- at most. I do not hesitate to recommend them at all.

"The quality of work and professionalism were outstanding.  I had them to the house for something different, and when checking the electrical panel found that I was in a very dangerous situation because of water leakage. The issue was explained to me, the repair immediately scheduled, and they helped with my insurance claim details.  Taken were pictures, which we given to me with detailed explanations about what the pictures represented. Along with that a detailed narrative related to the issue, cause and resolution were supplied to me. My insurance company issued me a check within 15 minutes of receiving the files from Mr Response.

"Mark installed a home electricity usage tool called, “Sense” within my electrical box. He charged around $300 for the job and he reviewed the installation instructions I sent him. He stayed until the device was paired with app and everything worked properly. He was friendly, fast and reasonably affordable."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
