"Excellent in every way. The project was the finishing of our basement of over 2,500 square feet including a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, living room, recreation/TV area plus a couple storage areas. All quality work from the start. I submitted my design sketch and requirements to Blake and he gave me a quote in 24 hours over the weekend. Blake and Mark helped refine the design which was a bit challenging with the support poles to work around. We are extremely pleased with the final layout. Mark performed the framing and much of the detail work on site and is extremely neat and quality conscious, making sure the HVAC, electrician, plumber and other subs do things exactly right. The basement was kept clean and orderly throughout the project with trash taken away frequently by cans. No dumpster in the driveway which was great. Mark was good at explaining things and answering my wife's questions. Mark was very helpful as the project was being completed to make sure that the closet shelves and the TV mounting support were all perfectly done . Great attention to details. When Mark was finished we could not believe how clean and neat everything was. We had expected to need to have a cleaning service come in after the basement was complete but it was immaculate. Mark worked til about 9 pm on a Friday night to get everything just right and we moved things down Saturday morning. A great experience. Project was completed a couple months ago and we love it.....no issues or concerns at all. I highly recommend Blake and Mark and would definitely use them again."

"They did an excellent job but it was not without issues. The quality of the workers that were sent to the job site was excellent. The wallpaper removal was short, sweet and flawless. The tile installation, which took much longer than I expected due to the complexity of my choice of design and the professionalism of the installers is outstanding. The carpenter who did the finish work was wonderful. He made those doorways look fabulous and was meticulous with everything he worked on. I would invite these workers back into my house to do work any time. Communication was an issue that reared it's ugly little head time and time again. When we initially began the project, we worked with Marc Chavaree, the owner. He then turned the project over to a project manager and that is when we began to have issues. The project manager did not communicate well with us or with the trades, therefore, they could not communicate well with us either. Although, we tried to address this issue with him early on, it really did not improve. During the project, there was an issue with the quality of the cabinetry not being what we were led to believe we would receive. Once we addressed it with Marc, the issue was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the finished product. At project completion, we sat down with Marc and voiced our concerns. He listened, sometimes defending, other times agreeing and we had a good discussion. I know for a fact that he has made changes to his business model as a result of our ( and I'm sure other) feedback. I would use Accent Renovations again and I would recommend them to others."
