"They wanted $420 for a one-hour drain clean out. And that was with a $75 "coupon". Ha! I told them to get lost. With one phone call to another plumber and I found same thing for $150. Roto-Rooter must be a group of lawyers who do plumbing in their free time."

They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable - actually the lowest bid we received on the job. Install was professional, quick, thoughtful with regards to our family's space and time.
