"They could level the sidewalk using slab-jacking, but I was not confident that they could raise the front steps. At the time I talked with them, I did not know about the concept of raising the steps using a pier system. I learned about this later ... with someone else."

We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company.
