"We requested an estimate and Anthony made an appointment over a week out. He then wanted to reschedule just a few hours before but interested we let him come earlier (this was a Thursday). He left saying we would have 3 estimates on Monday. More then a week later I tried calling and texting for days. We had to call the company and were told he would call later on that day. Nope! 2 days later he says he would have the estimate done and send it. We got one for a full roof replacement. NOT at all what I asked nor what he discussed with my husband. I let him know this is what we talked about and he tells me he will have them Monday for me. Visit was April 17 and we still do not have the estimates we requested and he will not even answer. "Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors.
