Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Sheldonville, MA

"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"Steve and his team are A+ builders, designers, craftsmen, and construction professionals who had the ability to get us from vision to reality through relentless planning and execution. I think of Steve, John, and Joe as our partners in this home project and not just as contractors and carpenters. The team's attention to detail was very impressive. Every corner of trim or siding or window or decking, where one material meets another, just looks plain clean and awesome. The professionalism of the entire team was beyond stellar. The respect and courtesy of the core team and the way they interacted with me and my family throughout the entire project was unmatched. I cannot thank them enough for the care they wall put in to their work as well as how considerate they were in their time with us. And finally, Steve was great at communicating with us and responding to questions and concerns as well as regularly giving us timely updates on what was going to happen next and what he needed from us to keep the project moving forward. We are beyond thrilled with the final product. We have been able to take our 70s “cardboard” split level house and turn it into our dream home. I would not hesitate hiring South Eastern Carpentry again for another project. If you’re looking for a partner to help create, rebuild, or renovate your home, you’d be lucky to get South Eastern Carpentry on your side."

"This company exemplified professionalism from the very start. Tim, the salesman did a great job with the quote and helping us understand all of the aspects of the demolition and the build as well as the materials that were going to be used. Their workmanship was excellent and completed within the time specified and the owner John was extremely helpful and responsive with questions that I had along the way. The workers also did a great job with cleanup throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having a deck remodeled or built."

"Derek and James consistently have done great work for us. This was our third time hiring them (previous: full bathroom remodel and full bathroom/kitchen remodel). We love our new enclosed porch/entryway. It added both curb appeal and functionality to our home. It’s clear that Diorio Builders take pride in their work and truly care about a project’s end result. They communicate often about work progress and next steps. They keep the site incredibly clean and they’re always respectful of our family’s time. We have full trust in them, whether we are staying home during the project work or going away for the weekend. They always seem to go above and beyond- and this project was no exception. We highly recommend."

"Needed to replace deck boards and convert a two-level deck to one level. Conversion was also going to Trex materials. Tim walked through all options and ideas and was able to include a new staircase to access the deck.. During work, he was very responsive and communicated well especially upon inspection that not only did entire deck need to be rebuilt from footing up but the sill require some work as well.. Tim and his crew were very professional, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Time line was accurate and we've been enjoying our new deck"

"The CP construction crew were very hard working and competent. Clod as the owner is extremely customer service oriented. He communicated with me throughout the permitting process, the build and the inspection process. The new deck and stairs look great and bring compliments from all the neighbors. I will definitely reach out to CP construction in the future."

"Nate has done two projects for us. Early in 2023 he was able to trouble shoot a water leak in our basement that was under the sliding door to a deck. He removed the old patio door and replaced it with a new construction slider, repaired the water damaged area, deck flashing, and made the door and basement water tight. This fall, he replaced our old deck that was in poor shape. Nate gave us a few design options and price quotes. He and his team demolished the old deck and rebuilt the new one with pressure treated wood . They did an outstanding job, even sanding all the surfaces so they are completely smooth and ready to be waterproofed. He was able to jack hammer the cement step for the old stairs which opened up up the yard. We now have the best deck in the neighborhood that should last for 40+ years. Nate really pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. The workmanship is top notch. We highly recommend Nate and Ultimate Service Provider. Thank you to Nate and Team. Peter F, Franklin"
