Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer. They did tell me that what they can do remotely is limited and they have to take it in somewhere to get more done. They were pretty upfront about that. The price was fair. They responded within that day. The end result didn't meet my needs."

"The fan on my laptop was running very loud and the computer would get very hot. I took the laptop to my regular technician, but he told me that he didn't work on laptop fans and that I would likely need to send it back to the manufacturer for repair and it would likely be a few hundred dollars. I took it to PC Clinic and he said my fan was likely dirty. He blew out the fan with compressed air and now it is working like a charm! It took all of a few minutes for him to diagnose this. He could have charged me for a lot more work than that - but he was very honest and ethical and just helped me out. I HIGHLY recommend PC Clinic!"
