"I am a rental property owner and live out of state and only had pictures of over grown trees and shrubs. Nathan was willing to work with me as I changed my mind about the scope of the job. He was always on site when he said he would be and did an excellent job trimming some shrubs and tree limbs. He sent pictures of the work that he did. My tenant was also pleased with the job. Nathan seems to be a very honest man and I recommend using him for yard work or whatever else you need help with."

"Conrad Homes was a pleasure to work with. Their whole staff is great and Meg is the best. I recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate a space or room."

"This was the second time we have used Blue Ridge they are excellent.  The removed the existing master bath and retiled both the master bath floor, closets, and shower.  Kevin and his crew were punctual and always left the worksites in a professional appearance.  I cannot give them a higher grade but they deserve it.  All of the work is beautiful with all the small details addressed.  I am planning a kitchen remodel next year and will use Blue Ridge again.  They not only got the job done, in a extremely workman like manner the stuck to the original estimate except for some changes that my wife ordered.  Even the changes were extremely cost effective.  These guys are good.  I would recommend them for any remodeling work that you are doing.

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"It went well. They were responsible and they completed the work. Their pricing was reasonable."

"The company did an excellent job with meeting our needs. The conversations and concerns with our yard layout and neighbors needs were addressed. The job was completed on time. Thanks"

"fair estimate, showed up on time, quality work"

"Quick response, clear discussion of work plan and materials/labor costs, communicative along the way, work was done efficiently and within the timeframe we discussed and the results are great. Great team, appreciate them!"

"It might corny but it is true - when you deal with Smithstonian, you are treated like family. Steve and Derick helped us turn an old garage/boathouse into a unique, cozy, rustic cottage (see photo above!). Although this company specializes in, and are total artists in stone masonry, our project was a major renovation that required all construction skills; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, framing, HVAC work, concrete, roofing, sheet metal work, and demolition. Smithstonian can bring all professional skills to bear and offer a turnkey project that didn't require me to increase my budget and hire multiple subcontractors. If any questions or issues arose, Smithstonian went above and beyond to ensure they were addressed immediately, even coming to our house after hours to meet with us face-to-face. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final results of all the work done, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectful, and trustworthy company to partner with in the future. Steve quickly becomes more than a construction partner, he becomes a trusted friend that has your best interest at heart."
