"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Needed a repair service and after placing the call trough Service Magic, Michael called and ask what was the problem after a brief description, he pin pointed the damage and gave the budget of the repair. Although the time was 7:30pm and was 1 hour from my house, he arrived and repair the refigerator in the mimimun time. Great, reliable and trustworthy service!"

"He got the part that was needed, and now my oven works. I’m happy!"

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"?????????? I had an excellent experience with Ray who came out to repair my refrigerator. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a clear and friendly manner, and had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair in one visit. Not only was the work done efficiently, but they also took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and running perfectly before leaving. It?s rare to find this level of service these days?reliable, courteous, and skilled. I highly recommend and will absolutely call again for any future appliance needs!"
