"Great job by these guys. Doug offered a style of fence that is 100% privacy that noone else seemed familiar with. They also weld metal framing to help support the gates they build which is really nice and something noone else offered. The price was as good or better than any of the estimates I got from Indianapolis companies and I had several of them out here. I recieved 8 estimates alltogether. The workers, Wes and his helper Gary, are very proffesional and clearly know what they're doing. Wes has built fences for over 20 yrs. "I had multiple people come over to give me quotes for a built in bookshelf unit which would end up being 10 ft tall by 12 feet wide with a ladder, I had an idea of what I wanted done.  Andy was able to do what I wanted and gave me ideas of how to improve it.  Everything that I wanted done he said could be done.  The other providers either said it couldn't be done or altered the plans due to construction needs which were not necessary.  He was also the only one willing to stain the shelves prior to install where everyone else would build and install them but said I had to hire another company to stain them.  He took the measurements,  drew up plans for me to approve, built the unit at his workshop, and then picked a day to install.  He came with one assistant and worked through the day to install it.  The final project was well beyond my expectations.  He interacted great with my children and even allowed my 3 year old son to safely feel like he was assisting in part of the project (putting in the shelf pins).  He was not the cheapest bid but did work with me on the price as I was hiring him in the winter time when he wasn't as busy.  I did take photos but they wouldn't load for some reason.  He also left me a drill bit for the shelf pin holes incase I wanted to arrange the shelves differently than the standard set up.  The shelving unit is rock solid and able to hold multiple grown men climbing on it while fully loaded with hundreds of books. I would happily use him again for a custom carpentry project.

"Bill and his brother did a great job! First, Bill came out a week before our scheduled date to see what we were working with. He gave me advice how to remove the stairs myself. On the installation day, they went above and beyond with reattaching the stairs. The stairs are more sturdy than they were before, they are now even, and they corrected the height of the first step (before, the first step was too steep), he also installed a second hand rail to keep the stairs up to code. Again, he went above and beyond and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service, and Bill is an honest and upstanding guy! I will definitely hire him in the future if need be.

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.

As we hoped- he came in and washed the deck and steps on day 1 and returned the next day to stain/seal the deck.

They were on time and got the job done right without any drama.  Not only would I recommend them I have plans to use them in 2-3 years to do it again.
