Work took 30 minutes for lubricating/tightening bolts as well as replacing two hinges because the #1 hinge had a hairline fracture around 1 cm in length. Overall, a professional service, however I thought the price for the work performed was higher than my past experiences with Welborn. P.S. there is now a service call fee on top of the cost for repairs/preventative maintenance. No Angie’s list discount available at the time I had work done, however, there was a Spring $50 off promotion in effect for repairs that was applied."
