While the final cost was slightly higher than the original estimate, it was still very reasonable given the amount of work completed. Now, most of my outlets and lights are working properly, and the electrical system feels much safer and more reliable. Fred also went above and beyond by checking my AC, calling an HVAC technician on my behalf, and helping schedule a follow-up. He works on a trust-based system and assured me that if anything needs rechecking in the next few months, he’ll return.
