All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great.
