"Excellent, responsive customer service. The workers were very polite and fast for the variety of small repairs and installs we had them do. The one disadvantage is that they can't give you an estimate without a $69 service fee to show up and look at the tasks. Because they bill by the task it is hard to know how they stack up against those who charge by the hour. We needed this stuff done quickly so we weren't as concerned about price but at least what we got has a warranty on the repairs."

He let me know where the options on new panel was going if there was an issue with City of Seattle lightning. The pricing was fair and he was able to get the job done quickly on our schedule. Kyle and his team showed up on time let me know what was going on with the project and communicated well with all my questions. After they were finished we went in detail the installation and all the information I needed to show the inspector.
