"Repair went well and resolved the issues I was having. Only surprise was when the technician/owner presented the bill ($480) and informed that he 'does not take credit or debit cards, only cash or check'. Cash? Wrote a check and that worked but that would have been something to share up front. Cards are pretty universally accepted and without notice beforehand it could have been an awkward moment once the work was completed. There's nothing on their website about only accepting cash or checks. On the plus side, I called on a Friday and he came out next day, on Saturday."

They did that and more, giving the mechanical part a thorough inspection. The belt was frayed and one of the pully wheels was not fastened, but had not moved out of position. They had to order parts (old dryer). The parts came in in 2 days and they came out to install them that day and fix the felt problem. I am a happy camper. When my refrigerator, clothes washer or dishwasher have problems I'll definitely call them."
