"I would highly recommend Sexton Plumbing Service for any of your plumbing needs. Installed a new Hot Water Heater on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Very professional and prompt. They had to come back and correct a problem with the hot water and corrected the problem in just a few minutes. In my opinion, Sexton Plumbing is a great business and will use them again if I need any more plumbing problems. Satisfied Customer!! Jimmy Sanders"

"JLS Plumbing did a great job installing my tankless water heater. They were thorough, efficient and trustworthy. The tankless system was installed and checked by city inspector, however one of the tanks wouldn't drain and a pump was ordered to help with the draining and they returned a week later, drained and removed the old tank even though they had been paid the week prior. I know that some may think that they were supposed to, but doesn't always happen like that. Jackie and his crew addressed all of my concerns with professionalism"

"Very well. Mays Installed two goodman units in our home. Goodman has 10 year parts warranty and for additional $ you can add 10 year labor warranty. Mr. Mays was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options. We asked about a particular air purifier, GPS, that he had not used before. By the next day, and before we had decided to use this company, he had researched the purifier and talked with the distributor. We interviewed several companies and received multiple estimates. Mays had the best prices by far. We based our decision not only on price but reviews and experience. Installers were efficient and neat. Put down floor protectors and cleaned up after installation. Will update, as time goes by, on further service."

"I had an emergency with a broken/frozen water pipe.  Bruce responded quickly and repaired it in no time.  This involved crawling under a house in icy and wet conditions.  I am so glad to have someone  dependable and fair to call on.

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"This contractor responded very promptly to our online inquiry. He came out the same day and replaced our old hot water heater. They were very courteous and extremely careful not to soil our carpets or scratch the hardwood floor when moving out the old heater. I will call on them again when I have any plumbing problems."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"Replaced a 50 gallon electric water heater. I bought the heater, and they installed it. Very fast using the latest tools and modern methods. The old heater was in the attic. They wanted to start early -- here at 7:45 -- finished and gone by 9:30. They were careful while moving the old unit down the stairs and taking the new unit up -- no damaged walls or dirty floor. No leaks and everything works perfectly. Fast, professional service; next day availability; reasonably priced. Would use them again."

"Byron Peavey responded right away by phone and scheduled a visit to correct my plumbing pipe problems. He gave me a very reasonable quote and he did a very professional job on my house. He corrected my plumbing problem in two days. This was fast for a complete plumbing water re-piping project on my whole house. He cleaned up all mess and left my house cleaner than it was before he did the work. I would recommend Byron Peavy Plumbing to everyone in the Montgomery, AL area. Marvin Collier"
