"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. Special shout out to Elvis and his wife for their hard work and willingness to help out when needed. Their kind hearted souls and work ethic shows how dedicated they are to their job. May God bless them tremendously. Also the electricians did a wonderful job in installing a vent with new lighting in the bathroom. Kudos to them! Everyone was great and did a nice job in everything they specialized in. I highly recommend Jeff and his team you will not be disappointed. I will mist definitely use him for future renovations. "Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

He gutted our dated hallway bathroom in 2019, did a complete renovation of our kitchen in 2020 and just this month rebuilt our back deck. Chris and his crew are the real deal. He is fast and meticulous and once he’s on the job he’s 100% focused on getting things done right, on time and on budget. He offers great design suggestions and works within our budget. He’s also economical and will reuse materials where he can to save a few bucks. The best part? He’s very reasonably priced. When he quoted our bathroom, he was 50%(!!) less expensive than the other contractors."

Will was very attentive to detail and checked in frequently to make sure it was what we were expecting, eagerly redoing on section as requested. They got to the project promptly and finished quickly.
